Do I need a patch test?

A patch test is required for all lash lift and brow treatments at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to organise a patch test will result in the appointment being cancelled and the deposit being forfeited. A patch test is NOT required for lash extension services as reactions tend to build up over time. It’s important to note that in the unlikely event a reaction does occur the salon cannot take responsibility for any immune responses and will not be able to offer a refund. Always check with your doctor if you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.

I need to reschedule/cancel my appointment.

You can log into your account via the ‘My Account’ option and reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48hrs before. If you cancel less with less than 48hrs notice you can email blush.helpme@gmail.com and the cancellation fee will need to be paid.

Is Brow Lamination & LVL safe during pregnancy?

All our Brow Lamination and LVL solutions are safe to use while pregnant however we recommend talking to your doctor about lying down for 45 mins before booking an appointment.

How long do I need to wait between Brow Lamination & Lash Lift (LVL) appointments?

You will need to wait 10 -12 weeks between brow lamination appointments and 10 weeks for LVL. If you are unsure about when your last appointment was you can email blush.helpme@gmail.com to assist you.

Aftercare for any service.

You will need to keep lashes and brows dry for at least 24hrs after your appointment this means avoid showering, gyms and saunas. We have a 72hr policy for all lash extension services for you to contact us and make us aware of any issues related to your appointment. After 72hrs it is up to the client aftercare and we can no longer offer any fixes.

I cancelled my appointment, when will I get a refund?

Unfortunately due to salon policy all our deposits are non refundable in any circumstances which is stated before you book an appointment with us.

Our Salon Policies 

1) 48 Hour cancellation or rescheduling policy. If less notice is given then a €25 fee will be charged before a new appointment can be booked.

2) All deposits are non refundable under any circumstance but may be transferred if at least 48 hours notice is given.

3) Clients must arrive to their appointments alone. Friends, family and children are not permitted on the premises during your treatments.

4) All treatments are non refundable under all circumstances. If there are any issues with results these should be stated to the technician at the end of the appointment before payment. Once payment has been completed and client satisfaction has been stated the salon will not be responsible for any change of mind.

5) If there are any eyelash extension issues with retention please let the salon know immediately. Please be aware it is normal to lose 3 lashes per day on average but anything more than this and you should contact us.

6) Please arrive to your lash and brow appointments makeup free. Retention and results cannot be guaranteed otherwise and the salon will not take responsibility for any issues cause by said makeup.

7) All vouchers being used must be the physical voucher. The salon cannot accept order numbers or receipts as proof of vouchers so please ensure if you have an evoucher than you have been sent the correct email.
